Production Tools Are Ready
All twistMistTM molds and small capacity production modules are ready. The first samples will be available in in the 1st half of 2022 and large quantities (1,000s) by the end of 2022 to allow for small launches or full-scale consumer and e-commerce tests.
Our partner LINDAL can scale to full Tier 1 initiative production within 12-16 months to supply twistMistTM spray heads to your manufacturing site or contract manufacturer to fill, assemble, label, and package the final product.

twistMistTM can produce a wide variety of spray types by customizing the spray insert. Select from a wide range of MBU and AP inserts provided by our partner LINDAL. Achieve 0.25 – 2+ g/s flow rates across a wide range of product types. Adaptable to a Wide Range of Rheology
Testing has proven successful with water and alcohol-based formulas as well as thin emulsions. High viscosities can be sprayed with specialty inserts.

Stable Assembly and Use with Stationary Ring
The stationary ring can be used to apply the twistMistTM head onto the bottle using traditional capping technology. The ring also prevents the spray head from being accidentally unscrewed during loading of the unit by a consumer.
